Some projects require documents issued by the selected supplier, factory, or inspection route. TFL Bearing can coordinate available supplier-side files, but availability depends on bearing type, model route, quantity, destination, and buyer document standard.
IATF 16949 supplier certificate
Automotive or project supplier route review when required by the buyer.
ISO 14001 environmental management certificate
Supplier-side environmental system document, reviewed by selected factory route.
ISO 45001 occupational health and safety certificate
Supplier-side workplace safety system document where available.
Material certificate / MTC
Material grade, heat number, or buyer template support for confirmed order scope.
Heat treatment report
Order-specific heat treatment evidence when requested before quotation or shipment.
Dimensional inspection report
Bore, OD, width, chamfer, and tolerance review according to the confirmed model.
Hardness / clearance / vibration test report
Test records reviewed according to bearing type, application, and order needs.
Pre-shipment inspection photos
Packing, label, marking, quantity, and visible condition photos before dispatch.
Packing, label, and traceability documents
